This will be a massage you'll remember forever. Your baby will thank you. All you have to do is space out and enjoy having your back loosened up and your feet and hands masterfully massaged. Some targeted stretches are seamlessly incorporated, finished with the best head and face massage you've ever had. Your massage table will be equipped with one of the most advanced pregnancy bolstering systems available. This means that you will be able to enjoy part of your massage while lying face down.

The Prelude offers a taste of The Masterpiece Massage through tailored bodywork, stretching, energy work, aromatherapy and heat therapy. It’s ideal for a busy schedule or a first introduction to something truly different.
My regular clients tend to leave the one-hour option to newcomers. Once you know what it feels like to let the experience unfold without watching the clock, an hour suddenly feels very short.

This gentle, restorative treatment is designed for those who need to rest, reconnect and recharge, and is especially well suited for older adults, sensitive bodies, or anyone who prefers a quieter, less physically demanding experience.
