About Adam Reid, LMT

I’m Adam Reid, a New York State–licensed massage therapist and New Paltz native. My professional experience includes working at Mohonk Mountain House and Resorts World Catskills. I’m also an accomplished pianist and composer who has performed at venues throughout the Hudson Valley.

 

The Masterpiece Massage is a private, all-inclusive experience designed around deep relaxation, reconnection, and individualized care. Each session is reserved for one client per day, allowing ample time for your massage, intake, transitions, and aftercare without feeling rushed.

 

My approach combines intuitive massage, assisted stretching, energy work, head and scalp work, hot stones, heat packs, hot towels, aromatherapy, and calming binaural soundscapes. Every session is adapted to your body, your needs, and what gradually reveals itself as we patiently listen and respond—allowing us to discover what your body and soul need beyond what you may have initially thought you wanted.

 

You’ll be welcomed onto an extra-wide, gently heated massage table designed for exceptional comfort and complete relaxation. A luxuriously supportive face cradle allows you to breathe freely and release tension effortlessly, while the serene, private studio envelops you in an atmosphere that feels less like a conventional treatment room and more like your own secluded retreat.
