CANCELLATION POLICY

I reserve each appointment day for one client, allowing time for personalized care and preparation. Cancellations on short notice can be difficult to fill. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full price of the selected service.

 

For appointments paid with a gift card, the selected service’s full price will be deducted from the gift-card balance. Any remaining balance will be preserved for future use.

 

Gift-card appointments may be changed once with at least 48 hours’ notice without affecting the balance. For additional changes, please contact me directly.

 

If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
