CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the length of the treatments and the extensive one hour cleaning protocol scheduled between each massage, there is a strict cancellation policy. Although the cancellation policy is for 48 hours, cancellations within the same week are difficult to fill. Please be mindful and about this when booking. Please ask any questions you have BEFORE booking your Masterpiece Massage.
*At the discretion of, The Masterpiece Massage, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be charged the full price of your appointment. Policy subject to change at any time.*
